Gabriel Linger

BHSc (Osteo) M.H.Sc (Osteo), FAFS (fellow of applied function science), GPS (golf performance specialist), Lv 3 and infant crainosacral.

Gabriel Linger’s fascination with the human body began early, fueled by his own experiences with sports injuries. His exposure to a variety of practitioners—especially Osteopaths—ignited a lifelong passion for the field.

In 2015, Gabriel earned his Master’s in Osteopathy from Victoria University. After gaining experience in Melbourne, he expanded his expertise by studying functional movement at the Gray Institute in Michigan, USA. Gabriel then practiced in Calgary, where he had the privilege of being mentored by Edward Paget, a renowned Osteopath and global leader in scoliosis treatment. During his time in Alberta, he also connected with local First Nations groups through healing ceremonies, sparking a continued exploration of Indigenous and alternative healing philosophies.

Now based in Penticton, BC, Gabriel enjoys spending time outdoors when not with his wife and son. His commitment to his clients is unwavering—whether their goal is to excel in sports, yoga, hiking, or simply move pain-free, Gabriel equips each individual with the knowledge and tools they need to thrive.

Annaka Ramsay

Diploma RMT (in AB only), Lv 3 Craniosacral, MFC (myofascial cupping), Reiki lv 2, Postpartum and Birth Doula

My healing journey started when I was a young girl. My grandma would always practice healing touch on me and that inspired my curiosity for the healing arts. After completing my 2200 hr RMT program in Alberta (not registered in BC) I quickly realised that something was missing from my practice, which lead me to reiki. I believe that by using both modalities brings more of a holistic long lasting treatment. I since then have also added cranial sacral therapy, doula training as well as cupping to my practice and am always curious to learn more. I believe that each individual has the innate ability to heal themselves given the right environment and I love providing a space filled with love for everyone to learn and grow! I look forward to meeting you all.

Ula Czumaj

Originally from northern Poland, Ula is an Osteothai practitioner, certified Thai Massage Therapist, and RYT-200 Ashtanga yoga teacher. Since first studying yoga in Rishikesh, India, in 2018, her path has taken her all around Asia, Europe and the Americas where she teaches, plays, learns, and exploring different approaches to movement, healing, and wellbeing.

While living in Sumba, Indonesia in 2019 Ula was introduced to traditional Indonesian bodywork. The experience re-sparked a fascination with bodywork and a visceral remembering of touch. In 2020, she met her teacher Pau Castellsagué, who introduced her to Osteothai: a practice that weaves osteopathic listening with the rhythms of Thai bodywork. His work profoundly shaped her approach and deepened her understanding of bodywork as both an art and a practice of presence.

Drawing from Osteothai, traditional Thai massage, yoga, and mindfulness, Ula's sessions combine rhythmic movement, stretching, compression, and gentle mobilizations in a way that is both grounding and meditative. She is particularly drawn to the quiet dialogue that emerges during a treatment practitioner and client moving together through breath, rhythm, and attentive touch.

Clients often appreciate not only the physical benefits of the work, but also the quality of presence Ula brings to each session. With curiosity, warmth, and careful attention, she creates a space where people can slow down, breathe more deeply, and reconnect with themselves. Whether supporting recovery, easing long-held tension, or simply offering a moment of rest, her sessions are rooted in deep attention and care.

For Ula, bodywork is not about fixing. It is about meeting people where they are and supporting the body's natural capacity for balance, resilience, and ease. Off the mat, she's a poet, tennis player, nature enthusiast, and a total cat lady.

Kylie Rodger

Kylie is a Registered Traditional Chinese Medicine Practitioner (R.TCM.P.), registered in good standing with the College of Traditional Chinese Medicine Practitioners of British Columbia (CTCMA). In Kylie’s practice she aims to collaborate with you to achieve your health goals. Your body holds the innate wisdom to heal itself, but we could all use a helping hand from time to time. Kylie uses acupuncture and Chinese herbal medicine to give your body support and guidance to initiate its healing process.

The guiding philosophy for Kylie’s practice is to provide a safe, inclusive, compassionate, and empowering space for individuals to be seen and heard, to decompress, and to blossom into their greatest vision for themselves. Kylie has general practice which tends to focus on digestive health, mental and emotional wellbeing, gynecological health, stress, fatigue, pain, and the maintenance of good health.

The herbal formulas used within Kylie’s practice come from the Shānghán Zábìng Lùn 傷寒雜病論 which is the works of Zhāng Zhòngjǐng 張仲景, a Chinese physician from the Han dynasty. She studies the Lóngshā Xuépài 龙砂学派 lineage with Dr. Eran Even, Dr.TCM, Ph.D. who teaches Jīngfāng 經方 Classical Herbal Medicine as taught by Professor Huáng Huáng 黄煌, his doctoral advisor from the International Jingfang Institute of the Nanjing University of Chinese Medicine.

The style of acupuncture that Kylie most often utilizes is called Neoclassical Acupuncture. This style involves the palpation of the abdomen and acupuncture channels of the arms and legs to assess how the qì is flowing within the body. This allows one to find areas where the qì isn’t flowing optimally. The body is the guide for treatment and it gives instant feedback after needle insertion so we can assess how things are changing in real time. This system often uses minimal needles which is wonderful for needle sensitive folks, and often patients report dropping into a deeper state with this style.
