I have developed a course that takes you through a full body assessment along with with four 6 week follow along exercise regimes. This course is designed to help you develop a better relationship with your body, how it moves and what it likes.

Through the series you’ll develop a better understanding of how to assess yourself and listen to your body and discover what movements you need to do to help you move and feel better, either when you get injured or over coming a long standing issue.

There are subscriptions either for 1 month to try it out or the reccomended 6 months which will get you through the 4 part series
